Use this target from Schmersal to adjust the latching force of your safety switches. It's designed for use with MZM 100 solenoid interlocks for ease of use. The target lets you gradually modify the force in increments of 10N for a customised setup. Thanks to its thermoplastic housing, the target is resistant to impact and abrasion, so you can rely on it for long-term performance in harsh environments.

How do I use this target?


First, turn off the voltage supply to the switch, then place the active side of the target on the identification plate of the switch. Next, restore the voltage supply and wait at least 10 seconds before removing the target. You'll notice the yellow LED on the switch flashing repeatedly to show the set latching force (for example, twice to show 40N). Once set, switch off the voltage supply to store the chosen force.
