RS PRO Black EPDM Rubber Sheet, 1.2m x 600mm x 3mm, -40°C to 100°C

This RS PRO ethylene polypropylene (EPDM) rubber sheet can be used to form seals, gaskets or cable joints. It's suitable for use with hot or cold water, vegetable oil, ethylene glycol and mildly acid or alkaline liquids – so it's a versatile and durable choice. Use it to create seals that will be exposed to the effects of ozone or challenging weather conditions.

EPDM has high tensile strength and performs well at high (+100°C) and low (-40°C) temperatures so it won’t melt or crack in extreme weather. As well as being watertight, it’s also resistant to abrasion so it won’t contaminate materials it comes into contact with.

The sheet complies with the EU’s Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) and has the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme approval. The product is of Water Byelaws Listed Grade so it’s suitable for use in drinking water applications.
