RS PRO Flat Ribbon Cable, 26-Way, 1.27mm Pitch, 5m Length

Providing a simple solution to mass termination, this 26-way unscreened flat ribbon cable can be used with data transmitting equipment. It measures 33 mm wide and comes in a 5-metre roll. This type of tape is commonly used when connecting computers, audio or digital equipment.

To use it, just tear the ribbon between conductors to divide the tape any number of ways using the red marker indicating the first one as a guide. The seven conductors measure 0.13 mm² (AWG 28). Temperature-resistant, they'll operate from -20˚C to +105˚C. Its voltage rating is 300 V. As part of the RS PRO range, it's been tested by leading engineers.

RoHS compliant, it contains minimal hazardous substances. It conforms to the UL 2651 safety standard so is suitable for use with all insulation displacement connectors (IDC). It also meets electrostatic discharge ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 norms so it won't damage equipment.
