The Draeger X-plore 8000 Premium Hood Short offers outstanding respiratory protection for a wide range of demanding work environments. It is compatible with the X-plore 8500 and 8700 and meets protection level TH3. The hood is made of a high-quality, low-noise material that offers additional comfort while remaining durable. Intelligent airflow through the breathing tube minimizes the sensation of cold. The hood offers complete head and face protection and is suitable for wearers of glasses and beards. The Premium Hood can also be cleaned and disinfected in an immersion bath. The hoods themselves are approved according to EN 166:2002-04 (eye protection). In combination with the X-plore 8000, it is approved according to EN 12941:2009 , protection class TH3.
