4590 ConfigMate Docking Station
PR Electronics ConfigMate 4590 is a USB communications interface for use with the detachable 4501 Programming Display or the 4511 Digital Communication Enabler. It is both for programming and as a diagnostic tool to display process parameters, in either a standalone adaptor mode or with a PC in docking mode.

Application
For new or existing installations of PR Electronics 4000/9000 and selected 3000 series signal conditioning devices the 4590 ConfigMate can operate as a PC docking station via a USB interface. The PReset PC software can be used to upload and download configuration parameters from a 4501/4511 programing interface for backup/restore and documentation purposes. Connection to a PC is made with the supplied USB-B to USB-A cable, with the PC USB providing the power source to operate the device.
The 4590 can also be used as a handheld device in adapter mode that connects the detachable 4501 Programming Display or the 4511 Digital Communication Enabler and selected devices in the 3000 series. This allows for configuration and monitoring of process parameters of the connected devices. Connection to a 3000 series product uses the supplied USB-B to a 2.5 mm jack cable and requires 3 x 1.5V AAA batteries.
