Tektronix Oscilloscope Probes


The Tektronix 120AC current oscilloscope probe offers accurate current measurements over a wide range of frequencies. It allows current measurements without breaking the circuit by clipping onto the current-carrying conductor. The shielded probe head is not grounded when the slides are in their open positions, eliminating accidental grounding of the circuit under test. The probe range is switchable between 2mA/mV and 10mA/mV.
