The TCP0030A Tektronix current oscilloscope probe is designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes with the probe interface. This easy-to-use AC/DC current measurement probe provides bandwidth greater than 120MHz with selectable 5A and 30A measurement ranges. It also provides exceptional low current measurement capability and accuracy to current levels as low as 1mA. The probe combines Hall-effect technology with the Tektronix TekVPI oscilloscope interface.
