IP67 ITT Sureseal & Mini Sureseal

Developed to meet the increased requirements for safety and reliability in the automotive field these sealed connectors satisfy all of the parameters defined by automotive/industrial standards covering such areas as vibration, shock, salt water spray, industrial gas, low millivolt drop and low contact resistance.

The simple, one-piece moulded body means that no other parts, apart from the contacts, are required to complete the connection
The plugs and receptacles are polarised to prevent mis-mating, by means of 2 stepped planes on each of the mating faces, which must be properly oriented in order for the contacts to engage
The mated connectors are IP67 rated and sealing integrity is still maintained with exposure to brake fluid, gasoline, diesel fuel, anti-freeze, ultra-violet, ozone and steam cleaning under normal operating conditions
Cable Boots, see for example, stock no. 167-9540 to seal the wired cable jacket to the connector housing are available and must be ordered separately.
