Honeywell HSC Series Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor, 0.6kPa Maximum Operating Pressure, ±0.25% Accuracy - HSCDRRD006MDSA3

This pressure sensor is a piezoresistive device designed for board-mount applications to measure absolute, gauge or differential pressures within a wide calibrated span. It provides either a ratiometric analogue output or a 12-14-bit digital output compatible with I2C or SPI, and is temperature characterised for use over a broad operating range in non‑corrosive gases and selected non‑ionic liquids when specified.
