Datasheet - BTS716GXUMA1

The Infineon high side power switch with integrated vertical power FET, providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions. It has a very low standby current, a CMOS compatible input, improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The device offers fast demagnetization of inductive loads, stable behaviour at under voltage and wide operating voltage range. It has the logic ground independent from load ground.

Overcurrent protection (tripping) with intelligent latch, under voltage shutdown, overvoltage protection with external components
Open Load in ON and OFF state and short circuit to ground and battery
