SMC Type G Pneumatic Regulator -, 3/8 in 0.5 MPa AR

This pneumatic regulator is designed to control and maintain supply Air pressure for industrial automation and mechanical systems. It is suited to applications where a compact, panel-mounted pressure control with a Type G outlet and downward knob orientation is required, operating within typical factory ambient temperatures and offering a relieving exhaust mechanism for stable downstream pressure regulation.

The unit is configured for left-to-right flow and the control knob faces downwards, allowing mounting where space above the regulator is restricted.

It is designed with a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa and can withstand transient pressure increases up to that level without structural failure.

The regulator functions reliably within ambient temperatures from -5 °C up to 60 °C provided the medium does not freeze.

Pressure units are displayed in MPa on the product nameplate, bowl caution plate and any attached pressure gauge to aid consistent configuration.
