This 4-way PCB (printed circuit board) terminal block from Phoenix Contact is used to quickly and efficiently link wires and components across PCBs. Certification of 94 V-0 for flame resistance from UL (Underwriters Laboratories) indicates that it will burn for no more than 10 seconds when exposed to a naked flame.
