To keep industrial and commercial applications running smoothly, use this digital bus coupler from Phoenix Contact with your ETHERNET or IP protocols. The device establishes an interface between your protocols and I/O (input/output) modules and provides the required bus signal conditioning and power supply to connected components.
The compact unit is only 80mm wide and 119.8mm high, which makes it suited to installation in confined spaces. Its RJ45 ports enable reliable field communications to support the efficient performance of linked equipment. The coupler has eight digital inputs and four digital outputs, which allow you to connect up to 61 terminals. Pull-out labelling fields let you mark the different inline terminals for easy identification and ordering of linked applications. You can see the rates at which data signals are being transferred using the automatic speed detection feature, and then easily trace and rectify any problems that may arise.
