The Wachendorff configurable gateway enables communication between the Modbus TCP server slave and a PROFINET master. The top-hat rail mounting and the plug-in screw terminals ensure quick and safe installation and trouble-free wiring of the device. With the free project planning software SW67611, the Modbus TCP registers for bidirectional data exchange are assigned byte by byte to the PROFINET side and vice versa. At the end of your configuration, you generate an XML device description file that you simply integrate into your PROFINET configuration. The configuration is transmitted via Ethernet.
