RS PRO Black Acetal Rod, 1m x 50mm Diameter

This black acetal rod from the trusted RS PRO range offers high strength and rigidity for industrial tasks. It measures 1 metre in length and 50 mm in diameter.

Made from the thermoplastic acetal, this rod offers high impact resistance and mechanical strength, as well as resistance to moisture, abrasion and chemicals. It has a tensile strength of 55 MPa and has a rating of 86 on the Rockwell M Hardness Scale. It's suitable for use at temperatures of up to +100°C and has a flammability rating of UL 94 HB from Underwriters Laboratories, meaning it's self-extinguishing. It also meets the corrosion resistance standards of the DIN (Deutsches Institute für Normung, or German Institute of Standardisation).
