RS PRO Beige Polyetheretherketone PEEK Rod, 300 mm x 30 mm Diameter


A high quality and durable Polyetheretherketone PEEK rod measuring 300 mm in length and 30 mm in diameter with a tensile strength of 116 MPa.

Made from PEEK 450G the rod has excellent mechanical strength, is resistant to chemicals, hydrolysis and has a high level of creep resistance.

The PEEK rod is electrically insulating and is safe for use at temperatures up to +250°C with a UL rating of UL94V-0 for its self-extinguishing properties.

Showing no significant degradation in steam and high pressure water environments and capable of absorbing over 1000Mrads of radiation without any loss of mechanical strength PEEK 450G is perfect for use in harsh environments.

Readily machinable and suitable for various applications, this PEEK rod is suitable for use in a wide range of environments including aerospace, oil and gas, food processing and general industrial applications.
