LED clusters are a type of lamp which group together small LED's within the same unit. They have the benefit of outputting a bright light in certain directions without increasing the power consumption. These particular indicators have three LED's within the model. There are various colours available as a whole, but the entire LED cluster would be one colour, the individual LED's will not vary.

Uses of indicators fall entirely down to the user. They can be fixed to PCB circuit boards and mounted on push buttons and switches. Primarily, these types of indicators are used within circuit boards and electronic designs. This is due to their relatively small size, as compared with other types of indicators, such as car turn signals.
