Broadcom Optocoupler


The Broadcom optocoupler is an HCPL-817 series high-density phototransistor optocoupler contains a light-emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor. It is packaged in a 4-pin DIP package and available in wide lead spacing option and lead bend SMD option.
