Broadcom HCPL Series Optocoupler, 3750Vrms Isolation Voltage, 15mA Maximum Input Current - HCPL-063L-500E

This optocoupler provides galvanic separation between input and output for control and signal isolation in electronic systems. It accepts both alternating and direct current inputs and produces a logic-level output while functioning across a wide industrial temperature range. The device is supplied in a surface-mount SO package and is intended for automated assembly in tape & reel format.
