Get your electric motor fired up with this DOL starter from Schneider Electric. It connects the entire 440V power supply directly to your motor at start-up to give you nearly full torque from the get-go. Thanks to built-in protections against short circuits and overloads, this nifty piece of kit makes sure the high in-rush current doesn't damage sensitive components. Simply set the integrated circuit breaker to trip at anywhere between 2.5 and 4A to create the ideal conditions to keep your equipment running smoothly. The impact-resistant polycarbonate front cover protects against damp, dust and general wear-and-tear, so you can rely on this capable device to handle the stresses of a heavy industrial setting.

Direct starters for motor control, unidirectional

Range Info - Plastic/Metal Combination Housings

These motor starters are available in a selection of formats. All have removable steel base plates for rigidity when mounting to an uneven surface and ease of earthing and wiring and an impact resistant polycarbonate front cover which is adaptable to enable the fitting of other components without drilling. Switching category is AC3 and the enclosures are IP65 rated.
