The Infineon XENSIV series automotive low power 3D magnetic sensor with I2C Interface is designed for all kinds of sensing applications, especially in the automotive area such as multi function steering wheel. It measures the magnetic field in X, Y and Z direction. Each X, Y and Z hall probe is connected sequentially to a multiplexer, which is then connected to an analog to digital converter.
