The Microchip ATtiny2313 8-bit microcontroller is based AVR® RISC architecture. It operates on 2.7V to 5.5V voltage range. This microcontroller features 2KB of ISP Flash, 128B EEPROM, 128B internal SRAM, universal serial interface (USI), full-duplex UART, and debugWIRE for on-chip debugging. It achieves up to 20 MIPS throughput at 20 MHz.
