The microswitch's internal mechanism has a tough, high-grade phenolic resin protective case that's accurately moulded to keep the device compact at 49.3mm in length. This means you can install it in tight spaces. The silver contacts ensure a reliable connection and the screw terminals keep the wiring securely in place.
