RS PRO Countersunk Head Stainless Steel Hexalobular Recess A2 304 Plain Screws


Use these countersunk, six-point hexalobular recessed screws from RS PRO to fix your components firmly into place. The extra complexity of the star-shaped Star design keeps a stronger grip on your screwdriver than regular hex-head recesses, to make installation easier. Hexalobular recesses are also able to withstand a screwdriver's slow chipping at the joint, allowing you to screw them in and out without them becoming unusable.

Their chromium content is 18%, ensuring the A2 304 stainless steel material of the screws is fully coated in a protective layer to prevent rusting. M5 has a medium thread size of 5 mm diameter so they keep a firm hold once installed.

The countersunk heads push into the surface of the joint and ensure your components maintain a smooth surface area with no dangerous screw bumps. The screws will tolerate a maximum temperature of +800°C, making sure they won't lose any strength or durability even when exposed to high levels of heat.
