For a typical gate valve lock application, simply feed the cable through the handle and around pipes then secure it in place via the twist-lock grip. You have the capacity for 6 padlocks should you require so multiple engineers working on the same system can add their personal padlock

Lockouts are vital safety devices that should be in the workplace to ensure valves and handles are not turned inadvertently. If multiple engineers are working with the system a hasp, tag and individual padlocks can be attached, and only when all devices have been removed will the system be safe to reactivate
