SICK C2MT Series Light Curtain, 480mm Protective Height, 24mm Beam Resolution - C2MT-04824BBC03DB0

This light curtain receiver provides non-contact presence detection for machine safety applications. Designed for standalone operation with optical synchronisation and delivered as a twin stick, it creates a protective field suitable for safeguarding access points and hazardous areas. The device operates from low-voltage DC supplies and is supplied with mounting brackets, a test rod and system plug to simplify installation.

Two identical miniTwin-stick packages MUST always be ordered for a complete system.,Cable: Each miniTwin is supplied with an M12 5-pin 1-way system plug. To cascade 3 pairs you will need 2 x cascade cables. Either 701-2962 for miniTwin up to 540mm or 701-2971 for miniTwin over 600mm. These cascade cables have 2 x plugs and should be attached to the rear of your middle pair of miniTwin. The cascade extender cable 701-2974 can be used in conjunction with the 2 x cascade cables to increase the distance between miniTwin if required. Regardless of whether you use these devices stand-alone or in a 2 x pair or cascade format you will need to purchase 2 x M12 5-pin connector cable eg 523-0335.,Brackets: 2 x C-Fix and 2 x L-Fix brackets are supplied with each miniTwin.
