The Intelligent LED Solutions OSCONIQ C2424 1 Star White 5000K CRI90 can be driven up to 1500mA while OSRAM’s latest power chip technology remains efficient even at the highest drive currents. OSCONIQ® C2424 LEDs are OSRAM’s second chip scale package with a small footprint (2424) and Light Emitting Surface of 2121. A low thermal resistance of 3.5K/W ensures cool running and a highly efficient product. PowerStars are compact, powerful LED light sources built on aluminium substrates for optimal thermal management. At the heart of each PowerStar is an OSRAM OSTAR® Projection Compact LED from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors.
