OSRAM SMR Series IR LEDs
This range of Infrared (IR) LEDs, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are in a SMR® (Surface Mount Radial) package. These through-hole IR LEDs come with a range of different lead options. The SMR® series are high power IR LEDs with short switching times. Suitable applications for these devices include; sensor technology, discrete interrupters and discrete optocouplers.
