RS PRO Heating Element, 75mm, 125 W, 220 V ac

This cartridge heater is a tube-shaped heating element that's used to heat a variety of metal plates and components. It's part of our stringently tested RS PRO series.

Used primarily in industrial settings, these heating cartridges are handily designed to slide into holes drilled with English or metric drill sizes. It’s important to consider the intended use beforehand, as the element needs to fit snugly to work. For reference, this cartridge has a diameter of 10 mm.

The heater is equipped with a 10-inch lead wire that can withstand temperatures of up to +450°C. The lead itself is flexible, with deep holes in the ceramic cap designed to prevent fraying when bent.

Versatile and robust, this cartridge heater is a great choice for use in plastics and packaging applications, test instruments, hot stamping and printing. It's also RoHS certified, which means it's protected against hazardous substances.
