The ProGARM® 36 CAL ARC FLASH SAFETY HELMET is a top-of-the-line safety helmet designed to protect the wearer in high-risk environments such as rail, petrochemical, utilities, industrial electrical, and power generation industries. This helmet is suitable for live working with electrical connections, providing protection against injuries caused by falling objects, electric shock, arc flash, and molten metal splashes.

Made of durable ABS material, this helmet is designed to withstand the toughest conditions. It features a smooth head circumference adjustment, allowing for a comfortable and secure fit for head sizes ranging from 53cm to 63cm. The helmet is Type 1 according to ANSI standards, providing lateral deformation resistance and molten metal splash resistance as per EN standards.

The helmet also offers excellent electrical properties, with a resistance of 440 Vac and Electrical Class O (1000 V AC/1500 V DC) according to EN 50365 and Electrical Class E (20kV AC) according to ANSI Z89.1. It complies with ANSI Z89.1, EN397, and EN 50365 standards, making it a reliable choice for industrial head protection.

The helmet comes with a face shield made from polycarbonate, providing full face, chin, and neck protection against thermal hazards caused by electric arc flash. The face shield offers protection against high-speed particles, droplets, and splashes of liquids, as well as resistance to fogging. It is Class 2 for protection against electric arc, with an ATPV rating of >36cal/cm2.

The chin strap of the helmet is a 4-point strap recommended for working at height, with a quick clasp for easy operation even while wearing protective gloves. The helmet also features reflective stickers for improved visibility, a manufacturing date and utilization date permanently marked, and is approved to EN 50365 and ANSI Z89.1 standards.
