RS PRO Silicone Thermal Grease, 1.8 W/m·K
Building or assembling sensitive electronic equipment? Apply this RS PRO thermal grease to your semiconductors to fill any gaps that might affect their efficiency. With a silicone base, this compound is thermally conductive to improve heat transfer between your components.
This thermal grease is suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -40°C to +180°C. As a result, it can be used on a variety of components including the studs of diodes, MOSFET (metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect) transistors and power resistors. It's easy to use – just clean your chosen surface and dot a small amount of the grease in the centre.
You can also use this heat sink paste in electronics such as central processing units (CPU), liquid crystal display (LCD) televisions and notebook computers. Thermal grease is also employed in the automotive and telecommunications industries.
