The Infineon isolated single channel booster for automotive applications. It is an IGBT or MOSFET gate driver booster designed for automotive motor drives above 10kW. Because of its thermally optimized exposed pad package, it is able to drive and sink peak currents up to 15 A. It is suitable for systems up to ASIL D requirements.
