This float switch from Sensata Cynergy3 helps to prevent overflow in your container by detecting high liquid levels. It can also detect low liquid levels to let you know when a tank is almost empty and needs to be refilled. The float component lies on the top of the liquid in a container and opens or closes the circuit when liquid levels change. It's a horizontal switch that's most commonly used in vending machines, commercial washing machines and evaporator units. It has an ample 1m cable length, providing a flexible connection.

Yes, to reverse the switch action, simply rotate the switch so the float can move upwards and away from the body instead of downwards.

Cynergy3 offers wide range of horizontal switches which are WRAS approved and have low-cost compact design. These horizontal float switches consist of a reed switch and a pivoted actuator magnet and can be used for N/O or N/C operation. The switch action can be reversed by mounting the float switch with the float able to move upwards away from the body instead of downwards.

WRAS is the standard against waste, misuse, undue consumption or contamination of the water supply and must have an appropriate quality and standard.
