Cypress Semiconductor Flash Memory


The Cypress Semiconductor is an S25FL064L series, 8-pin, 8-bit, Quad-SPI NOR 64Mbit SOIC package flash memory chip. It has a voltage rating that ranges between 2.7V to 3.6V. This flash memory supports SPI single bit serial input and output (Single I/O or SIO) as well as optional two-bit (Dual I/O or DIO) and four-bit wide Quad I/O (QIO) and quad peripheral interface (QPI) commands.
