The RS PRO 15cm Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort adapter is a Mini DisplayPort male to DisplayPort female adapter. This will allow you to connect a DisplayPort monitor to a computer or graphics card that has a Mini DisplayPort output. This adapter only works in one direction and would be plugged in to the computer or graphics card NOT the monitor. This adapter allows you to use an existing DisplayPort Cable.
