A regulated 40W DC to DC converter isolated to 1600 Vdc featuring remote ON/OFF capabilities. Suitable for industrial control, electrical power, battery management systems, railway and telecoms applications.
The converter features a 2x1in package with an industry standard pin layout and a 4:1 input voltage range.
Built into a metal case and potted with Silicone. The DC converter utilises natural convection cooling to achieve an efficiency of 90%, operating at temperatures from of -40℃ up to 105℃ (60℃ under full load).
The DC converter benefits from safety features including continuous short circuit protection with automatic recovery, over load protection to 175%, over temperature protection to 115℃ and over voltage protection preventing damage to sensitive equipment.
