The CONEC D-Sub combination male features high-power contacts rated for 40A, made from copper alloy with 30μin hard gold plating over a minimum of 50μin nickel on the mating area. The termination side has 160-240μin tin plating over 80μin nickel. The female contact is positioned at A1, and the male contact is at A2. Threaded locks and spacer clips are made from copper alloy with a minimum of 200μin tin plating over 80μin nickel. The PCB hole is sized for a 3.1 x 0.1mm pitch with a PCB thickness of 2.3mm. Collars are also made from copper alloy with a minimum of 200μin tin plating over 80μin nickel.
