The Rocol 350g RTD clean-cut cutting fluid is a specially formulated, a hand-applied cutting lubricant designed to improve all day-to-day machining operations with almost all the metals. It can be used on a wide range of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, including copper, brass and aluminium, without the risk of staining. Being oil-free, problems of excessive fuming often associated with oil-based products are overcome, so improving working conditions and preventing acid corrosion of the workpiece. The low viscosity of the product means that it penetrates quickly, ensuring lubrication at the cutting edge to improve both, tool life and surface finish.
