Cable Shells

From the Bulgin Buccaneer family, a unique range of compact sealed connectors with snap fit inserts enabling a multi-pole connection. With an IP68 rating, the robust connectors are resistant to dust, oils and even salt water, perfect for harsh environments and marine applications.

The high-performance circular connectors may be compact in design but are still able to provide reliable power up to 250V at 10A. This makes them ideal for demanding heavy-duty industrial applications that requiring a small footprint.

The Mini Buccaneer connectors are easy to assemble, no special tooling is required. Simply select the style of housing required and the appropriate contact insert comfortably snaps into the shell. Connector inserts are available with pre-loaded screw terminals for 2, 3, 4 and 6 poles. For crimp or solder termination, empty snap-fit inserts are used along with additional separate contacts. For 3 or 8 poles only.

The Buccaneer circular connectors have an IP68 ingress rating when mated. This means they are totally sealed from dust and are protected from powerful jets of water from all directions and even partial submersion.
