Today, we are proudly introducing our own branded RS PRO Braided Monel Silver Cable Sleeve manufactured from 0.11 mm diameter Monel (Nickel-Copper alloy) wire for outstanding corrosion-resisting properties. Cable-management, binding and sleeving around cables and harnesses are extremely straight-forward (50% overlap is recommended on each turn for optimum performance). If the wrapping is managed correctly, the mesh will reduce the "corona" effect of discharge in cable assemblies and harnesses.

To gain full EMI shielding effectiveness, the Cable Sleeving should be spirally overlapped by 50%, allowing wiring systems provide high integrity, meaning a significant reduction in radiation interference.
