It signals dangerous situations in safety-related applications, such as process and plant safety (example leaks, gas warnings, high-pressure, overfilling) and machine safety. It Can be implemented in Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) up to SIL 2 / PLd. Integrated self-monitoring function satisfies the requirement for routine system checks and eliminates the need for redundant device.
