SICK Laser Barcode Scanner

SICK’s miniature line of barcode scanners are barely larger than a USB plug and can easily be installed where space is extremely limited. The CLV50x series is also easy to configure via its online tool and configuration barcodes. These mini barcode scanners boast excellent decoding performance, with a large depth of field that allows for flexibility in your application.

This ultra-compact series is ideal for applications in the OEM and machine builder marketplace, such as packaging systems, circuit board processing, clinical analysers, robotic inspection, etc. The CLV503 is ideal for slow moving applications – with a scanning frequency of 100 Hz. The CLV505 offers a high scanning frequency of 1,000 Hz and is suitable for conveyor speeds of up to 5 m/s, depending on the application.
