RS PRO 5 V DC Power Supply, 15 W, 0 → 3 A, 2-Pin IEC Connector


This 15 W switch-mode power supply (SMPS) from RS PRO converts AC currents to DC so that you can connect compatible devices to your mains electricity. It comes with a universal 2-Pin IEC (C8) input for use with anything from set-top boxes to lighting systems. The unit is also equipped with a 2 A fuse that protects it from overcurrent and helps it recover automatically in case of short-circuiting.

This adaptor complies with US-recognised Energy Efficiency Level VI, using just 0.100 W of power under no-load conditions to save electricity. It also produces minimal amounts (200 mV) of the noise and ripple effect that often occurs while switching from AC to DC.
