3M™ Fibre Disc 782C

3M™ 782C fibre disc contains a 3M Precision Shaped Grain (PSG). Revolutionary engineered to offer up to twice the cut-rate surpassing other conventional discs in both performance and longevity lasting up to 6 times longer. A grinding aid is incorporated to keep the disc cool and further prolonging the disc life. It features a high-performance fibre backing allows for easy removal and cleaning but for optimal performance its recommended to use a backing pad.

Using the 3M™ 782C outperforms conventional ceramic discs. Designed to be used with a 3M™ backing pad with an angle grinder or sander. This fibre wheel is well-suited for edge chamfering bevelling, deburring and weld removal on mostly carbon steel.

Constructed by a stiff fibre backing and the 3M™ Ceramic Abrasive Grain blend is resin bonded to provide durability and enhanced tear resistance against the toughest applications. Would you be able to use these discs on wood?

These abrasive discs are designed for use on metals and are not recommended to be used on wood.
