This grinding disc is a Roloc-attached abrasive intended for metalworking tasks where Rapid stock removal and edge durability are required. It uses precision-shaped ceramic grain bonded in resin to cut at lower temperatures and reduce operator effort, and is suited to work on stainless steel and other heat-sensitive alloys in industrial automation, electrical and mechanical environments.

It uses the Roloc quick-change attachment system that secures the disc to compatible disc pads, enabling fast replacement in confined work zones.

It is formulated for other heat-sensitive alloys as well as general metalworking tasks where reduced thermal transfer is beneficial.

Discs are provided in a bulk pack quantity of 200, arranged for Roloc use to reduce downtime from frequent changeovers.

The precision-shaped ceramic grain cuts cooler and reduces required tool pressure, which lowers operator effort and vibration exposure during extended cycles.
