RS PRO Clear PET-G 3D Printer Filament, 1.75 mm, 500 g


Looking for a food-grade, non-toxic filament that's free from harmful chemicals? Choose this RS PRO clear 3D printer filament. It's made from polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PET-G), a water-repellent and food-safe material. For effective adhesion and to prevent warping during cooling, you can use the filament with a heated bed set between +35°C and +60°C.

The PET-G material is safe for use in pharmaceutical, catering and food packaging applications as it's free from harmful materials. It won't produce dangerous fumes or unpleasant odours while printing, so you can use it in your office or workshop. It has a high extrusion temperature of +220°C to +260°C, and it produces durable printed objects thanks to its low shrinkage rate and high melting temperature.

This filament is compatible with most desktop 3D printers. It's safe to use acetone-based paints or adhesives on objects printed using PET-G.
