RS PRO TPC Flex 3D Printer Filament


A strong, flexible and easy to print filament for 3D printing with 92% translucency and FCA (Food Contact Acceptable) approved. Suitable for with bowden setup style printers such as the Ultimaker 2.;TPC 45 combines a high degree of flexibility, strong mechanical strength with resistance to extreme temperatures and chemicals. On top of which the TPC 45 high performance Thermoplastic Co-Polyester has a high carbon content of renewable materials resulting in les environmental impact.;Flex TPC 45 can be used on most common desktop FDM or FFF technology 3D printers.

  • Extruder temperature: 230 – 255 °C

  • Bed temperature: 23 – 70 °C

  • Bed prep: Hairspray or Glue stick on clean glass

  • Print Speed: Flexible 88A prints slower, about 20 mm/s to start, then increase as you become more familiar with the material

  • Experience Level: Moderate to Advanced. Printing with elastomers is a bit more complicated than hard plastics and generally requires more experience and an extruder purposefully built or modified to handle flexible filaments

  • TPC FLEX 45 can be used on most common desktop FDM or FFF technology 3D printers
