RS PRO Straight M12 to Straight M12 Cable assembly, 5 Core 5 m Cable


Need a robust connector cable to transfer data in industrial environments? Commonly used in sensor and automation equipment, this five-core cable assembly from the RS PRO range comes with two secure straight M12 connectors. One end has a plug connector, the other a socket.

Fitted with a nickel-plated brass coupling nut, the connectors will hold firm against vibration while resisting corrosion. A neoprene O-ring creates a firm seal to keep out liquids.

Sheathed in polyurethane (PUR), the cable will resist various industrial chemicals. It's also been tested to ensure it won't damage equipment through electrostatic discharge (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) and contains minimal hazardous substances (RoHS).

This five-metre cable can be used safely from -25°C to +70°C. It has an outer diameter of 5.5 mm, a cross-sectional area of 0.34 mm and a voltage rating of 60 V. It's suitable for applications from process control to commercial electronics.
