RS PRO Straight M12 to Unterminated Connector & Cable, 8 Core 5 m Cable


Need to transfer data securely in harsh industrial environments? This eight-core cable assembly from the RS PRO range offers a robust and reliable solution. One end is fitted with a straight female M12 connector, complete with a nickel-plated brass coupling nut to secure the connection and resist corrosion as well as a neoprene O-ring to prevent liquids getting in. The other end of the cable is unterminated so you can fit the right connector for your application.

Sheathed in protective polyurethane (PUR), the cable is resistant to many industrial chemicals. It's also been tested to ensure it won't damage equipment through electrostatic discharge (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) and contains minimal hazardous substances (RoHS).

The five-metre cable can be used between -25°C and +70°C. It has a cross-sectional area of 0.25 mm and a voltage rating of 30 V. It's used in applications from process control to commercial electronics.
