RS PRO C20 Cable Mount IEC Connector Male, 16A, 250 V

IEC plug C20 variant, cable mount rewireable inlet connector with nylon-6 body and tin plated copper alloy mating contacts and screw terminals, rated at 16A (VDE), 250Vac. This C20 connector offers a hardwearing durable solution for many applications that require an IEC C20 cable mount plug connector.

An IEC C20 connector is sometimes referred to as a ’cold’ connector. The IEC plug is a 3 wire two pole connector, neutral, earth and live. The C20 male connectors have a rated current of 16A and a maximum temperature rating of 70°C. This series of connectors conform to a recognised set of specifications called IEC-60320. The regulations are laid down by the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission). This ensures they meet common global design standards.
